Is someone there 24 hours a day?
No. Our team members are on site during regular business hours and boarding pets are checked multiple times on the weekends and holidays.
Can I pick up my pet on Sunday?
Sorry, no Sunday pick up. We have a pick up/drop off window of time on Saturday morning between 8am-10am at our boarding entrance only.
Can I board at your Elgin location?
Sorry, at this time we offer boarding at our Camden office only.
What happens if my pet gets sick while boarding?
Our medical team of Veterinarians and Technicians tend to all patients within our hospital and boarding facility over the weekends and holidays and are of course on staff during the week. If your pet is feeling under the weather your pet’s emergency contact will be our first call! We will discuss treatment options and go from there.
What if my pet isn't up to date on vaccines before the reservation date?
It's always best to have vaccines updated at least 2 weeks before your pet's reservation, however this is a service we can provide at the reservation time. Same goes if your pet needs an intestinal parasite screen or any other services.
Can my pet get a nail trim during the stay?
Absolutely! We can accommodate most any requests while your pet is here, just let us know!
What is the check-in/check-out time for boarding?
Check-in and check-out times are available any time during our regular business hours.
Can pets from the same family stay together?
Yes, pets from the same family can stay together as long as they are compatible and can comfortably share a kennel. We do limit our guests to 2 per kennel. This is because we closely monitor all urine and bowel output as well as their appetites and more than 2 pets makes monitoring less accurate.
Reservation Deposits
A deposit at the time of booking is required for all reservations made during Peak Season. Our Boarding Coordinator can be reached at 803-432-9084 for more information.
